Dedicated July 2, 1978, attended by 3,000 guests, it is located 7 mi. southwest of Longford in eastern Ottawa County, Kansas. This postcard was born after the BAD POSTCARDS time period I have set for this Tumblr (1950 - 1975). I acquired it this weekend and was sure it was at least 10 years older. It’s such a great card. I couldn’t resist.

Dedicated July 2, 1978, attended by 3,000 guests, it is located 7 mi. southwest of Longford in eastern Ottawa County, Kansas.

This postcard was born after the BAD POSTCARDS time period I have set for this Tumblr (1950 - 1975). I acquired it this weekend and was sure it was at least 10 years older. It’s such a great card. I couldn’t resist.
