DELMARVA CHICKEN FESTIVAL 2012 is happening now in Salisbury, Maryland, June 15 & 16

DEL-MAR-VA PENINSULA and the EASTERN SHORE.
Each year a public Chicken Festival is held in a different city. Thousands of chickens are broiled or fried for the crowd who enjoy exhibits, entertainment, and the food. Shown is the ORIGINAL WORLD’S LARGEST FRYING PAN where over 10,000 pieces of chicken are fried daily. Fired by tank gas jets, this 11 foot pan holds 100 gallons of cooking oil. The Frying Pan is seen in action.
