THIS IS PARADISE IN MICHIGAN’S UPPER PENINSULA
WHAT??? CAN YOU SAY THAT A LITTLE LOUDER?!?
PARADISE — heaven on earth — a state of mind. The founders of this community were sportsmen. The area abounded in deer, bear, game birds, and wily fish (and still does). “What more could one want?” they asked. But there is more. To the west are the Tahquamenon Falls — and to the north lies Whitefish Point and the agate beaches of Lake Superior. Locally, good food, stores, gas stations, motels, local craft shops, and a museum to browse. Tarry awhile and enjoy, enjoy.
